How do I enroll in online banking?

If you're an existing customer simply call your branch and they will be happy to assist you. Otherwise, instructions for enrolling in online banking will be given at the time your account is established.

How do I reset my online banking username and/or password?

If you don't remember your username and/or password please call your branch and they will be happy to assist you.

How do I sign up for electronic statements?

Customers may sign up for electronic statements through online banking. After signing in, select "E-Statements,"  then select "sign up/changes." At this point you may select which account(s) for which you would like to receive electronic statements. Finally, select save setting before leaving online banking.  

How do I re-order checks?

Simply re-order checks by clicking here or by contacting your branch.

What should I do if I find potentially fraudulent charges on my account?

Should you find potentially fraudulent charges on your account please contact your branch. For after hours service, call 1-866-546-8273 to have your debit card "hot carded." Contact your branch the following business day to resolve potentially fraudulent charges.

What should I do if my debit card is not working?

Call your local branch or the number on the back of your card.

My debit card is lost or has been stolen. What should I do now?

Call your local branch and have the card listed as lost/stolen. In most cases, we can have another card shipped to you. For after hours service, call 1-866-546-8273.
